John R. Evans

Biography

Mr. Evans has extensive experience in civil litigation, administrative law, and real estate law.  He began his career as an Employment and Civil Rights lawyer, primarily representing employees alleging discrimination and retaliation against their employers. He then worked for the National Labor Relations Board as a Field Attorney, where he worked to protect workers’ rights to organize labor unions against some of the largest corporations in the world. Throughout his career, Mr. Evans has also handled many Real Estate matters, from instances of corruption and exploitation in Section 8 housing voucher programs to conducting hundreds of real estate closings in the Triad.
