Biography

Annalise Pattavina is an associate attorney at the Law Office of Stephen E. Robertson, where she is dedicated to serving families across North Carolina’s Middle District. She specializes in a broad range of family law matters, including separation and divorce, property and asset division, child custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence and protection orders. Additionally, she represents clients in traffic-related cases, including moving violations and speeding tickets. As an Elon Law graduate and member of the North Carolina State Bar, she maintains top legal service for her clients. 

Her diverse background with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Bachelor of Science in Human Studies, magna cum laude respectively, from Loyola University Chicago, offers a unique perspective. Annalise brings valuable experience from her time at the Guilford County Public Defender’s Office, where she played a key role in case strategy and development, client advocacy, and legal research. Her time as a Guardian ad Litem has allowed for an intimate knowledge of DSS cases and their procedure. Annalise is also certified in collaborative law, giving client’s a different way to handle their cases. 

Her commitment to providing compassionate and effective legal representation ensures that clients receive knowledgeable guidance during challenging times. A passion for child custody means she has your children’s best interests in the forefront of her mind throughout your case.
