Promotion of Yuni Nguyen to Chief Operating Officer

The Law Office of Stephen E. Robertson is proud to announce the promotion of Yuni Nguyen as Chief Operating Officer (COO). This title is well deserved as Ms. Nguyen has been single-handedly responsible for the growth of the firm since July 2019. In the four years she has been with the firm she has been an essential and remarkable asset to our team. She has brought and continues to bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and unsurpassed determination to build up, maintain, and expand the firm to serve our clients and community.

The title of Chief Operating Officer accurately reflects the role and duties that Ms. Nguyen is responsible for. These duties include day-to-day operations of the law firm, the development and execution of the firm’s operational strategy, working with Managing Attorney Stephen E. Robertson to ensure the firm meets its financial and operational goals, and overseeing administrative functions such as budgeting, accounting, payroll, human resources, IT, and facilities management. She also supervises all marketing and business development efforts. In addition, she is responsible for ensuring the firm’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations including the State Bar Rules of Professional Conduct.

Ms. Nguyen has demonstrated time and time again unparalleled professionalism and capabilities as a leader in our firm and has exhibited exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. Her work ethic, attentiveness, and compassion for our team and clients is clear in her caring demeanor and willingness to do more than what is just asked of her or required. She raises the bar for everyone at our firm to strive for excellence in their work and for themselves.

Congratulations Ms. Nguyen on your new position of Chief Operating Officer. Thank you for your unwavering dedication and commitment to the firm through your continued education of the legal industry in order to make our firm stronger and better continuously.
